I am so sorry for the frustration! Please, double-check that you have the latest version of the App and if you have an earlier version if you click to update the App and log out and back in it should recognize your subscription.
If you still have any trouble, please confirm through iTunes / Apple that you have a subscription in their system. You can check on your phone following the steps here. You can also reach out to Apple directly here: https://support.apple.com/contact
If you have confirmed that you have a paid subscription, but are seeing the upgrade screen, we suggest clicking the "Restore Purchase" option from within the App upgrade screen as that should resolve any remaining issues with the subscription not showing up as activated with an Apple ID that has already upgraded.
You can use the App on multiple iOS devices or when you get a new iPhone. However, if you upgraded on a different device, for example on your iPhone and then open the App on an iPad or you get a new iPhone, you may see the upgrade screen on the new device until you click the Restore Purchase link on the upgrade screen. Once you click that you will have access to the full library subscription you purchased. :)
The App is not cross-platform compatible, o if you purchase through iTunes it will not work on an Android device.
