Sometimes you can, and you may feel a general relief. But we've found the best and most rapid results come from when you tap very specifically on a single issue. Some issues, of course, will have multiple angles or facets to address. And if you can identify them, you can tap on each aspect individually.
The interesting thing about the mind is that it works by association. So when you tap on one aspect of one issue, sometimes it will automatically connect with similar issues and may resolve them as well, since they may actually stem from a common source of distress or limited belief.
