We would recommend you just start where you are and say what is coming to you to help you get started. The most important thing is to be tuned in to your emotions and how you are feeling in your body so if the words aren’t coming, that’s OK. You can start by tapping through the points with no words and see what comes up.
You can also tell your story as if to your best friend while tapping. You can talk, rant, yell, whatever it takes to let your emotions rise to the surface to be given a voice and released so you find some relief.
You really can’t get tapping wrong so take your time and trust your intuition. :)
