We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with the app! There are a few things you can try that can help:
- Try logging out and closing the app, and then opening it and logging back in again.
- Check your internet connection. The app needs a solid internet or cellular connection.
- If needed, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
- If you tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still are having trouble, you may need to try uninstalling and switching your phone off and leaving it off overnight, and then switching it back on in the morning and installing then.
If you are having trouble downloading, also please double check that you have a subscription, since the mediations can only be downloaded for offline use with a paid subscription to the app.
