We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with the volume! You should be able to adjust the volume on your computer. There is also a volume on the audio player that is on your screen. We do have backup player options, that are linked under each presentation, that you can listen in to as an alternative if you still have any trouble after making those adjustments.
