If you have an active Apple subscription but the app is asking you to upgrade
We’re so sorry for the frustration. This usually happens when the app isn’t properly syncing with your Apple subscription yet. Here are the fastest fixes:
1) Update the app, then log out and back in
First, make sure you’re using the latest version of The Tapping Solution app. After updating, please log out of the app and log back in — this often refreshes your subscription status.
2) Confirm Apple shows an active subscription
Next, confirm the subscription is active in your Apple account:
Check your iPhone/iPad subscriptions in Apple Settings (Subscriptions)
Contact Apple Support if needed:

3) Tap Restore Purchase in the app
If Apple shows your subscription is active but you’re still seeing the upgrade screen, tap Restore Purchase from the upgrade screen in the app. This typically fixes the issue right away.
4) Using a new device or multiple iOS devices?
You can use your subscription on multiple iOS devices, and it will also carry over when you upgrade to a new iPhone or iPad. Sometimes, a new device will still show the upgrade screen until you tap Restore Purchase once.
