Because the subscription was purchased through Apple, only Apple Support can process a refund (we don’t have access to Apple billing).

To prevent another charge
We also recommend canceling your subscription so it doesn’t renew next billing cycle:
Apple: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → The Tapping Solution → Cancel
Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → The Tapping Solution → Cancel
