If you wish to delete your Tapping Solution App account and all associated personal information, you now have two ways to do so — through the web app or through the iOS app.
Please note:
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. It also does not cancel any active subscriptions, so please cancel those separately if needed.
Option 1: Delete your account through the Web App (Recommended)
If you’re not already logged in: sign in to the Web App using your Tapping Solution app email and password.
Then go to: https://app.thetappingsolution.com/delete-account
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion.
Once complete, your account and associated data will be permanently removed.
Option 2: Delete your account through the iOS App
If you're using an iPhone or iPad, you can delete your account directly in the app:
Open the Tapping Solution App
Tap the gear icon (Settings)
Select Edit Account
Tap Delete Account and follow the prompts
❗ Important Notes
Subscriptions are not automatically canceled when you delete your account.
Please cancel your subscription through your direct purchase source before deleting your account if you do not wish to be billed again.Deletion is immediate and permanent. Once removed, your account and data cannot be restored.
