How can I delete my app account and data?

If you wish to delete your Tapping Solution App account along with associated personal information, you have two options:

Option 1: Via the Website

1. Access the App Premium Login Page

   Visit App Premium Login Page (https://www.thetappingsolutionapp.com/premium/login.php)

2. Log In

   Use your App credentials to log in to your account.

3. Select "Delete Account

   Scroll to the bottom of the screen after logging in and select the "Delete Account" option.

4. Confirm Deletion

   You'll be prompted to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your app data will be permanently deleted. Please note that this action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Via the Tapping Solution iOS App

Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request via the Tapping Solution iOS app by following these steps:

1. Open the Tapping Solution iOS app.

2. Access Account Settings

   Click on the gear icon located in the top right corner to navigate to the settings page.

3. Click Edit Account

4. Delete Account

   Look for the "Delete account" option within the edit account screen and click on it to initiate the account deletion process.

Please be aware that deleting your app account does not cancel any active subscriptions associated with the account. You'll need to separately cancel your subscription if desired.
