Will I lose my App profile or subscription information if I switch to a new phone?

No :) Your app subscription is tied to your iTunes or Google Play account, so if you purchased through Apple and you upgrade to a new iOS device you can access your subscription on your new phone. If you purchased through Google Play and you switch to a new Android phone you will have access to the subscription on your new device. 

Please note, we do not have cross-platform capabilities just yet but we are working towards developing that feature. Currently, if you purchased through Apple any upgraded subscription content will only be available to you on compatible iOS devices. If you purchase a subscription through Google Play that upgraded content will only be available to you on a compatible Android device.
