Everyone sees and feels things differently and we understand that some people can’t really “see” when we ask you to visualize but we want to make sure you are still able to participate and tap so we would recommend you focus on what you are feeling in your body or what emotions are coming up for you or, if you visualize in a different way - meaning not seeing the picture right in front of you, do what feels best to you. :)
When we ask you to visualize a moment from your past or a moment about how life can be in the future once you release the issue, feel in your body what that feels like and focus on the physical sensations. If other emotions pop up, focus on those and breathe and feel into the idea of what is being focused on as opposed to trying to see it.
